NIOS Admission 2022

For the October exams, the National Institute of Open Schooling has started the NIOS 10th and 12th entrance window 2022. The deadline for NIOS 10th and 12th-grade admissions in 2022 is January 31, 2022, and there will be no late fees. However, due to late fee costs, the NIOS enrolment deadline for 2022 is March 15, 2022.

Applicants who submit their applications between February 1 and February 15 must pay a late charge of Rs. 200. Late fees of Rs. 400 will be charged to those who apply between February 16 and February 28. Candidates who apply between March 1 and 15 will be assessed a late fee of Rs.700.

Applying for NIOS admission 2022:

To take admission in NIOS Open Board Exam 2022, you must follow the following steps:

• The first step is to visit the official website of NIOS.
• Go to the “Application Submission Link”> “Application Form”.
• Enter the asked details. 
• Also, keep all the required documents with you. The scanned copy of the documents will be uploaded. 
• Follow the steps and hit “Submit” to upload the details and application.

Eligibility Criteria for admission in NIOS Open Board:

Age: For admission to the 12th open board in 2022, the minimum age requirement is 15 years. The minimum age for NIOS 10th entry is 14 years as of January 31, 2022. Students born on or before January 31, 2008, are eligible for NIOS entry 2022.

Education: To take the class 10 exam, a student must have passed class 8 with a recognised board or have the appropriate knowledge. To be qualified for NIOS 10th registration in 2022, a candidate must self-certify that they have completed adequate studies.

A candidate must have finished class 10 from a recognised board to apply for NIOS class 12th enrollment. Students who apply immediately after finishing 10th grade will be unable to complete all of their subjects in one session.

Documents Required: The student has to have some documents in hand to apply for admission in class 12 NIOS. The scanned copy of the documents will be uploaded. The list of documents is-

• Coloured passport size photographs
• Student Signature
• Any valid identity proof such as Aadhar card, ratio card or passport
• A valid proof of date of birth
• A valid proof of residency 
• Marksheets of previously completed classes such as 10th and 8th. 
• Cast Certificate (if applicable)
